As a leading plastics contract manufacturer, at MANAR, we produce injection molded parts in various sizes, designs, and materials. From simple plastic parts and subassemblies to complex integrations for high-value products, we provide an all-in-one solution. We guide projects through design and prototyping, develop molds and tooling, implement quality assurance programs, and provide post-production services like finishing, kitting, and custom packaging.
With our turnkey injection molding capabilities and lean Six Sigma approach, we produce parts for Class I and Class II medical devices and durable medical equipment like hospital beds. Our products can be found throughout the consumer sector in eyewear, toys, kitchenware, lighting devices, landscaping products, storage drawers, and more. Along with industrial fan components, window and door parts, and electronic enclosures, we produce industrial parts like pipes and fittings, cabinets, power tool housings, marine belt covers, etc. As an AS9100D certified company, we are a valued link in the supply chain for aircraft manufacturers, supplying parts on demand for aircraft interiors and other applications. We have a significant presence in the power sports industry and create durable and stylish accessories and components that survive on vehicles used in rugged and challenging terrains.
One of our strengths as an injection molding company is that we work with all types of plastic. From general-purpose plastics for everyday items to high-performance engineering resins for critical parts and those used in highly technical applications, we make material recommendations that align with budget and performance expectations. We supply parts in any quantity and on-demand. For more information about our company and our end-to-end solutions for high caliber injection molded plastic parts and assemblies, contact us directly.
At MANAR, our plastic injection molding services set the industry standard for quality and performance. We operate five production facilities, four in the United States and one offshore, that house a large fleet of presses in the 50-ton to 2,300-ton range, giving us enormous capacity and flexibility. Our technical capabilities enable us to produce everything from single-shot designs to complex parts that require inventive tooling, automation, and unique finishes. We have extensive experience molding commodity-type, engineering-grade, and the newest high-performance plastics with high heat resistance and other special properties.
We leverage advanced molding techniques to deliver parts on time and at competitive prices. Our injection molding capabilities include overmolding, where we use two or more resins to mold a single, integrated component and insert molding, where we embed metal inserts to create an assembled part right in the mold. For more complex pieces, we use scientific molding methodology to design the part and tooling and determine key process parameters such as melt temperature, flow rate, mold temperature, fill pressure, etc. This enables us to establish and execute a process that generates the most repeatable results while optimizing the accuracy and mechanical characteristics of the molded part.
Along with general-purpose resins like polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and PVC, some examples of resins we are accustomed to molding include thermally resistant Ultem®, medical-grade Radel®, high-strength and transparent UDEL®, and high-performance engineering thermoplastics like PEEK®.
In our injection molding area, we can implement dedicated automation cells and robotics for contract manufacturing programs. We provide ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified quality assurance and offer a full range of additional services. Markets served include medical, consumer, industrial, aerospace, automotive, lawn & garden, and more. To learn more about our injection molding operations or request a quote, contact us directly.
